Refund Policy

Please note that each item is handmade and no two items look precisely the same. Colors of different batches may also vary.

Unfortunately we are unable to exchange, refund or credit an order as soon as it is placed and processed through our system. It cannot be cancelled and refunded unless something is wrong with the product itself. All orders are final once submitted.

We take care to ensure all orders are shipped in perfect condition, but should your product be damaged during transit, please send an email to vanessa@badhoekie.co.za with your order number. We will either resend the item or if the item is out of stock, we will do a refund for the specific item.

Any claims for damaged orders or missing items must be received as soon as possible after delivery.
